I work on problems that don't have an obvious shape yet: fragmented systems, unclear ownership, six brands that all need to feel different and consistent at the same time. My job is to find the structure underneath that mess before anyone touches a screen.At Haleon, that meant building a token-driven design system across six brand properties without flattening what made each one distinct.At Legrand, it meant rebuilding the IA around a hub-led model after user research showed people couldn't find what they needed in the existing structure. Both projects were less about the final UI and more about the diagnostic work that made the UI possible.I build this work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, and increasingly with AI tools folded directly into the process, not bolted on after. Claude and Figma MCP are part of how I research, prototype, and iterate day to day.
